This 4 day class will focus on the planning, execution, and response of a Quick Reaction Force element. The first day will be split between the classroom and scouting operational areas, the second day will take place on the range, and the final two days will be training scenarios at different sites across Orlando.

Instructor: Talmon Hall

Talmon Hall is a law enforcement professional with over eight years of service with the Orlando Police Department. He has spent the past six years as a member of the department’s SWAT team, the last year with the Full Time Team, where he currently serves as a lead instructor specializing in firearms and vehicle-based close quarters tactics (VCQB) training. Prior to his current role, Talmon served in the department’s training unit, where he was the lead instructor for department-wide active shooter response training and building clearance. Before entering law enforcement, Talmon had a successful 10-year career as a professional soccer player.
